• Expected salary: ₱30,000 - ₱45,000 per month

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration,
• or any related field preferred.
• • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the
• food manufacturing industry.
• • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management
• software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
• • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• • Knowledge of safety regulations and food safety standards.
• • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Inventory Management:
• • Oversee the accurate and efficient management of inventory, including receiving,
• storage, and distribution of food products.
• • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste and ensure
• accurate stock levels.
• • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Order Fulfillment:
• • Coordinate order processing and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer
• orders.
• • Work closely with the sales and production teams to manage order priorities and
• deadlines.
• • Logistics and Distribution:
• • Manage logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and receiving
• activities.
• • Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and manage relationships with third-
• party logistics partners.
• • Optimize routing and scheduling to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• • Staff Management:
• • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work
• environment.
• • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about
• warehouse processes and safety procedures.
• • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
• • Safety and Compliance:
• • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including food
• safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
• • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• • Process Improvement:
• • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs,
• and improve service levels.
• • Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• initiatives.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Location: Las Piñas City, Manila
• Schedule: Monday to Friday- 8:00am-6:30pm
• Salary: Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
