Job Role: Digital Marketing Specialist (004 - 00257)
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Compensation range: up to 2,000 AUD / Month (Depends on the client assessment)Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement; Full-Time; Remote

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support multiple projects that are ready to kick off. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage various campaigns with minimal supervision, and deliver results quickly.This is a senior-level role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can "hit the ground running" from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, social, search, etc.)
- Develop and manage strategies for three separate projects with unique goals and audiences
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance analysis to drive results and improve ROI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with project timelines and objectives
- Manage digital assets including landing pages, email templates, and content calendars
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend actionable insights for campaign improvements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a senior or lead role
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of paid media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
