Interior Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide interior material boards, rendered perspectives and mood images based on the approved design direction of a development.
• Prepares the interior design plans and specifications to have a concrete representation of the mix of furniture, curtains, cabinets, closet, including floor layout, interior paint finishes, tiles, etc. by creating blow-up plans, joinery details and specification digest.
• Assist in implementation of the design works to ensure that the furnishings, closet and cabinets, etc. are located and implemented as per approved design and specifications by supervising the actual interior furnishing activities during site visits.
• Assist during coordination meetings and site meetings for any design and technical concerns.
• Prepares the set of furniture and accessories list to determine the actual number of furnishings and accessories installed in the unit for basis of furniture sourcing and inventory.
• Assist during furniture and accessories buying in preparation for the final set-up and turn over.
• Responsible in assisting during preparation and implementation of interior design for all projects
• Prepares the list of furniture and accessories bought in preparation for the turn-over.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Interior Designer
• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design and/or equivalent.
• At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/VRAY, Photoshop and other related software.
• Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
