Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering with leadership to support strategic decision-making across the business.

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping financial direction, enabling smarter investments, and scaling business performance globally.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related quantitative field (preferred)
• 2+ years of combined experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or FP&A (preferably in a high-growth technology company)
• Prior Payments/FinTech experience (preferred)
• Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, corporate finance concepts, and reporting techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; Python experience is a plus
• Ability to understand complex business drivers and deliver high-quality analytics and insights
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Analyze KPIs and consolidated financials, communicate performance insights, and investigate variances
• Identify and drive process improvements to scale financial operations across the business
