DOES (Responsibilities)
I. Duties│Function:
Building Operations/Equipment and Maintenance- Supervise shift crews in repair and maintenance works
- Periodically inspects the entire building and its provisions in conclusion with the Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer to ensure safe, continuous and efficient utility supply and technical service
- Conduct construction monitoring during tenant fit-out, renovation of offices and building projects for property enhancement
- Recommend parts and materials requisition to purchaser
- Prepare and submit report to Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer on incidents affecting the continuity of operations, causing damages to equipment and facilities
- Submit and discuss monthly reports with CE and ACE and give suggestions or recommendations for correction and improvement
- Prepare monthly report regarding fuel, water, electricity usage, charts and data, equipment and building condition as seen and evaluated by the team he/she handles
- To understand and adjust to organizational change and transition
- To maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure compliance of all team members
- Observe and implement RCBC Plaza rules and regulations
- To perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
