About the role
Join the dynamic customer service team at Biocostech Philippines Corporation as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role based in Binan City, Laguna, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our strong reputation and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Handling a high volume of inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Listening actively to customers, understanding their needs, and providing accurate and timely resolutions
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our customer relationship management system
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
- Continuously developing your product knowledge to provide informed and helpful responses to customers
- Contributing to the improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre & customer service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, comprehend, and respond effectively to customer inquiries
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and implement appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
