NUTSRV PHILIPPINES CORP., a PEZA registered export enterprise mainly engaged in Modifying, Producing, and Assembling of Parts for (Cabs, Vans, and/or Shells) for Camping Cars and/or Recreation Vehicles including the marking and designing of its interior furniture and accessories and fabrication of molder for its parts and accessories and the assembly of recreational vehicles such as motorhomes and camper vans/cabs which is located at 3rd Avenue, 5th Street, MEZ 1, Ibo, Lapu-Lapu City, is in need of additional personnel to fill in the position below:
PROJECT COORDINATOR (FACTORY OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT)
Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating strategic projects related to Factory Management Systems and Production Operations Development. The position will oversee project schedules, monitor progress, facilitate communication among stakeholders, coordinate meetings, track action items, and support project execution to ensure timely and successful completion of project objectives.
During the probationary period, the Project Coordinator will conduct comprehensive operational assessments of factory management functions and PPC (Production Planning and Control) operations, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations that will contribute to organizational growth, operational efficiency, and productivity enhancement.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Project Management
- Monitor and track project progress against established timelines and milestones.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules.
- Identify, document, and monitor project risks and issues.
- Track and manage project KPIs and performance indicators.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents.
- Facilitate meeting logistics and communication.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and distribute them to stakeholders.
- Monitor and track completion of agreed action items.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Follow up on project deliverables and commitments.
- Support project execution activities and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor project status and communicate updates to management.
- Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders and operational teams.
Probationary Period Responsibilities (First 3 Months)
Factory Management Operations Assessment
Conduct operational assessments and prepare evaluation reports for:
- Managers
- Supervisors
- Leaders
- Sub-Leaders
PPC Department Operations Assessment
Conduct operational assessments and prepare reports covering:
- Data Management
- Document and Manual Control
- Order Management
- Quality Management
Required Deliverable During Probationary Period
Prepare and submit a comprehensive assessment report containing:
- Productivity Improvement Recommendations
- Operational Efficiency Enhancement Proposals
- Manpower Allocation Recommendations
- Process Improvement Opportunities
- Organizational Development Recommendations
The quality, accuracy, and practicality of the submitted report and recommendations shall serve as a major basis for regularization and future career development within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations management, process improvement, manufacturing, or related functions.
- Experience in factory operations, production planning, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Experience in conducting operational assessments, audits, or process evaluations is an advantage.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production processes.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations for management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Background in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Factory Management Systems, or Production Planning Systems.
- Project Management certification or training is an advantage.
- Timely completion of project milestones.
