Quezon City - Warehouse Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Spearhead planning, organizing, and controlling of over all warehouse operations.
• Assist in maintaining the company’s inventory situation to improve inventory turnover and ensure all in and out of supplies are well accounted, recorded, stored in proper bin location, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Achieve high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, issuing, and assuring quality of goods.
• Ensure timely ordering and closure of pending spareparts and car kit replenishment, complete closure of returned, quarantined, safekeeping requests, and advances.
• Ensure proper temperature of storage facilities and alarm system and manage it by organizing floor space and recommending improvements adhering to storage design principles.
• Prepare and submit report relating to shipment complaint and inventory.
• Demonstrate commitment to all safety and security standards and contribute to strategic warehouse system improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or any four-year course.
• With at least 3 years of related experience in Warehouse and Inventory Management.
• Should be self-driven, keen to details, result oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
• Problem-solving skill to handle customer complaints, strong leadership communication, and management skills.
• Clear knowledge of warehouse operations
• Willing to start immediately.
