Digital Marketing Coordinator - Work from home - Quezon City
- Schedule and manage content across social media, website, and email platforms.
- Write and edit marketing copy for web, social media, ads, and internal use.
- Assist in running and optimising paid ads (Google, Meta) and email campaigns.
- Update website content and ensure it aligns with the brand voice.
- Design basic digital assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Track performance using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Support campaign and project coordination across teams and channels.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Help with general marketing tasks and team support as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within eCommerce or online retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across platforms and audiences.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading, and content creation skills.
- Proficient in using CMS and eCommerce platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, or Shopify.
- Skilled in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign planning, reporting, and data analysis.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and support data-informed decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
