About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ACCOUNTING STAFF to join our team at Sommet Construction Incorporated in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a full-time Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our organization.

• Process incoming payments and ensure accuracy in customer accounts.
• Assist with invoicing and tracking customer payments.
• Provide support to the finance team as needed, including data entry & filing
• Ensure that invoices are accurate and match purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of payments made and outstanding balances.
• Accurately input financial data into accounting software and databases.
• Ensure all financial records are updated and properly maintained.
• Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.

• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders
• A team player mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
