Job Description

• Welcome & address customers in a warm professional manner
• Manage a high volume of customers in a courteous and friendly way
• Communicate to customers & address their needs
• Suggest available products, ongoing sales, discounts, & promotions based on customer cues
• Assist customers in product selection
• Arrange the product display areas in a visually appealing manner
• Maintain the presentation of sales floor, products, signage, & displays
• Assist in keeping the store & stock area clean & orderly
• Collaborate with the sales team to offer quality customer service
• Execute operational & sales techniques while extending outstanding services to customers
• Communicate customer requests to management
• Adhere to Company policies, procedures, & practices including loss prevention
• Perform cash or credit card transactions of customer purchases
• Handle cash register & manage cash receivables & payables
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of the shift to ensure that the amount is correct & that there is adequate change
• Compute & record a total of sales transactions
• Perform after sales care
• Assist any AD-HOC task needed by brand

• At least 1-3 years of experience in retail/sales industry
• At least High School or Undergraduate of any course
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Requires strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Previous related experience in retail/sales industry
