Join Our Growing Avaya Integration Team
We’re expanding our team of Avaya experts and are looking for a Filipino consultant to drive results for our integration project. This is a hands-on role focused on connecting Tenext’s Voice AI platform with enterprise-grade Avaya infrastructure—including Session Manager, Communication Manager, and Session Border Controller (SBCE).
If you’re comfortable navigating SIP/TLS, Avaya call flows, and real-time communications architecture—we want to work with you.
What You’ll Work On- Integrate Avaya Aura, Session Manager, and SBCE with external SIP platforms (e.g., Twilio Elastic SIP Trunk, Daily.co, Amazon Chime Voice Connector)
- Configure SIP trunks, SIP URI routing, and secure connections using SIP/TLS over FQDNs (not static IPs)
- Set up SIP Refer or SIP Transfers from external platforms back into Avaya, mapping to internal VDNs or extensions
- Guide our engineering team through Avaya architecture, flows, and troubleshooting
- Review and optimize call routing, failover handling, and SBC configurations
- Support production-readiness with secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Deep hands-on experience with Avaya Aura 8.x, Session Manager, Communication Manager, and SBCE
- Proven ability to integrate with third-party SIP platforms via SIP URI/TLS
- Strong understanding of SIP signaling, routing, trunking, and call transfers
- Avaya certifications strongly preferred
- Excellent communicator—able to clearly explain complex technical concepts
