Sales Representative (Owndays)

About the role

Become a Sales Representative for Owndays, a leading eyewear retailer, and join the MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' team in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales growth for the Owndays brand.

1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable eyewear products
2. Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers
3. Process sales transactions and handle cash and payments
4. Maintain store displays, merchandising, and inventory levels
5. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and goals
7. Participate in product training and company initiatives

1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
3. Ability to work in a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
4. Enthusiasm for the eyewear industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service
5. Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail for handling cash and transactions
6. Flexible and adaptable to work during store hours, including weekends and holidays
