Work Setup: Hybrid, Clark, Pampanga (The role requires onsite work for the first 3 months, transitioning to a hybrid setup after successful completion of the third-month evaluation or upon regularization)

• 1 to 2 years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, or construction-related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Basic proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Bluebeam, Box, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with CSI divisions and estimating templates is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work extended hours on a computer and adapt to night shift schedules

• Manage and update document logs and perform OCR, bookmarking, and overlays with change narratives
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs under supervision across standard trades and assigned specialties
• Communicate with U.S. Estimators and Assistant Team Leads to resolve discrepancies
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bulletins for estimating purposes
• Apply standard processes to quantity take-off outputs
• Support clients with timely and accurate deliverables
• Use OST, Bluebeam, Box, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Excel for take-offs, markups, and data management
