As a Store Team Leader, you will be in charge of daily store operations, leading a team of associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring overall store efficiency.
Qualifications:
- At least college level
- Experience in retail management, ideally with IT or electronics products
- Proven leadership experience as a supervisor or team leader
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interpreting sales and inventory data
- Customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge in basic troubleshooting of laptops, mobile phones, or other tech products
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide store staff to meet daily sales and service goals
- Ensure quality customer service and professionally handle concerns
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and visual display standards
- Train and motivate team members to maintain store performance
- Review sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
- Oversee cashiering procedures and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate with Area Managers and support teams
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and safe
