Key Responsibilities Sales Operations & Order Management
  • Manage end-to-end contract-to-order processing using ServiceNow and ERP systems
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation prior to order entry
  • Validate sales data and ensure compliance with pricing policies and contractual agreements
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal sales teams and external customers
  • Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and resolution progress
  • Manage service requests (e.g., address changes, corrections) through workflow systems
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Shared Services, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Support smooth communication between departments with competing priorities
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Support reporting and tracking using advanced Excel and data tools

What We’re Looking For

What are we looking for?
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Support role
  • Background in Finance, Contract Management, Sales Operations, or Administration (preferred)
  • Experience using Service Now is highly advantageous
  • Background in finance or contract management preferred
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to take ownership of problems and see them through to satisfactory conclusions.
  • Exceptional Customer Satisfaction skills for internal & external customers.
