Job Description

• Arrange the consultation and assisting the patient as needed at night time and holiday if you are on call duty
• Arrange the schedule for consultation, procedures, examination and treatment
• Assist the patient to filled up Claim Forms
• Answering calls and emails from all Japanese insurance company
• Interpret between doctor and patient properly (Consultation, Admissions, laboratories etc.)
• Write down in Kanji on the prescription and explain to the patient exactly about the medicine which they need to take and interpret doctors’ instruction
• Write down in Kanji the symptoms of sickness before forward in documentation department
• Follow up to the Japanese patients if there are documents lacking like insurance policy, passport copy etc.
• Assist/accompany the doctor of sending patient to Japan

Qualifications/Requirements

• Well spoken in Japanese language
• Japanese with good communication skills, customer oriented, knowledgeable in medical terminologies, flexible, organized.
• At least 2 years experience in Healthcare-Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
