Position: Field Collector

What You’ll Do
Collect and securely deliver cash from kiosk machines
Provide customer support and address issues during collections
Handle minor hardware concerns (e.g., paper jams, system troubleshooting)
Report to the Area or Collections Supervisor
Perform additional tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
Basic troubleshooting skills for minor hardware issues
Effective communication skills for excellent customer service
Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams
Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed
