About the role
We are seeking an Information Technologies Intern/OJT to join our dynamic team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. This is an onsite, full-time role that will provide you with invaluable experience in the administration and office support industry.
What you'll be doing- Assist the IT team in various tasks such as hardware and software maintenance, network administration, and technical support
- Participate in the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and applications
- Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain and update IT documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations
- Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the IT Manager
- Currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree program
- Proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiar with basic IT concepts and technologies
