APPLICATION SUPPORT AND IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST
(Work base: Head Office, Cebu City)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively provide technical support for various system applications.
- Effectively handle implementation, training and training-related tasks for various system applications.
- Effectively provide reports related to route settlement functions.
- Other technical, implementation, system application and/ or route settlement tasks that may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science.
- With technical or customer support work related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to details and process-oriented.
- Has the ability to multi-task or monitor multiple issues or projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point)
