The primary function as a CHINESE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT:

Serve as the primary technical liaison for Chinese-speaking clients and internal teams.
Provide product demonstrations, technical advice, and solution recommendations during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Translate technical documents, specifications, and user manuals between Chinese and English.
Support implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting of systems and software.

Deliver training sessions and technical workshops for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of technical systems, software, or hardware.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
