Construction manager - Pasay

Job Description

• Oversees all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring it's delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Develops project schedules, allocates resources, and manages timelines to ensure timely project completion
• Establishes and monitors project budgets, ensuring that construction activities are within the allocated financial limits
• Selects, hires, and supervises subcontractors, coordinating their work to meet project requirements
• Oversees construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Implements and enforces safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel
• Ensures that all construction activities meet quality standards, inspecting work regularly and addressing any deviations from specifications
• Submit progress reports, budget status, and any issues that may arise, written in Mandarin to be submitted in the Head Office in Beijing, China

Qualifications/Requirements

• Male; Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or related field
• At least 6-year relevant work experience in construction management
• Can speak fluent Mandarin with excellent written and strong oral communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to plan and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Understanding and managing project budget, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
• Able to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact a project's success
