What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient table service to customers
Taking and processing food and drink orders accurately
Ensuring tables are set up and ready for the next service
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the dining area
Assisting with food preparation and stocking as needed
Resolving any customer queries or complaints in a professional manner
Adhering to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for delivering great service
Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and preparation

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
