The main responsibilities of a Quality Analyst (Lease Compliance) include:
- Perform timely and accurate management of back-office transactions, including recording transactions in financial management systems.
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day account operations while ensuring quality and compliance with all applicable standards.
- Handle data entry tasks and client account modifications according to established policies and procedures.
- Provide direct support to external clients by resolving inquiries and issues through phone communication.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to streamline the client onboarding process and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and address customer service requests and perform research to resolve client issues satisfactorily via email.
- Maintain strict adherence to operational guidelines and procedures.

- Minimum of a high school diploma with at least two years of experience in an operations back-office setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail with superior organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex transactions under tight deadlines.
- Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Previous experience in equipment finance, commercial working capital, or banking industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM and financial management systems such as Salesforce, Fiserv, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.
