Responsibilities:
- Interviews patients to obtain medical histories and explain the radiologic procedure to patients.
- Encodes patients prior to examination
- Assist and position patients for examination
- Administer medication and monitors patients
- Maintains the cleanliness of the work/examiniation area and monitors the stock of of all necessary supplies
- Maintains / cleans equipment as per company protocols
- Records patient medical records and archives them as per company protocols.
- Answer patients inquries (via phone or in person)
- Release examination results to patients
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With IV Therapy certification
- Must be able to communicate effectively, compassionately, and professionally with different patients from children to the elderly.
- Must be able to closely follow physician instructions, prepare equipment and position patients, and obtain optimal images for diagnosis.
