The main responsibilities of a PROJECT MANAGER include:
- Work closely with the Project Management and Account Direction teams to deliver healthcare-related projects primarily across print and digital.
- Manage multiple digital projects (including developing new websites and applications, maintaining and optimizing existing websites, emails, banners, and digital campaigns alongside a number of print assets too).
- Meeting with or discussing requests with your Account Director and scoping these requests.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the best solution is offered.
- Develop project quotes, and solutions, working closely with the strategy (experience) and creative team as needed.
- Document the project scope in a detailed project definition or project estimate.
- Manage the day to day, ongoing project budget and resources.
- Develop and maintain overall project schedules.
- Develop and maintain ongoing project documentation to ensure successful delivery i.e., WIP documentation.
- Book resources and ensure that tasks are scheduled and completed according to schedule.
- Document copy, creative, HTML, technical and finished art briefs and brief into internal staff and freelancers.
- Manage communication with your Account Director, including initial scoping meetings, prep for client WIP meetings and progress updates.
- Update the clients on WIP meetings of the progress of the projects.
- Update the Orchard team on progress, provide insights and feedback based on lessons learned.
- Effectively manage your time to ensure that concurrent projects are managed within project timelines and budgets.
- Flag any concerns and work alongside your Account Director to ensure problems are resolved before they impact the client.
- Conduct testing and proofing, working independently or with the QA team.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, keeping a close eye on timelines, deliverables, budget, progress, and status updates to ensure smooth delivery.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical and medical industries is highly valued.

- 4 plus years Project Management experience within an agency or similar.

- Exposure or experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Keen on timelines and deliverables, costing and overall progress monitoring of project assignments.
