Key Responsibilities

Receive and process user registration applications efficiently, assist users in restoring or updating their accounts within the corporate database, while responding promptly to customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions.
Track online orders, ensure timely processing, and communicate statuses to customers.
Make outbound calls to inform users about new features, updates, loyalty program benefits, and promotional offers.
Educate customers on maximizing the use of our services to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Conduct regular checks on drivers' vehicles to ensure compliance with company policies and branding standards, provide feedback and support to drivers to maintain high standards.
Actively participate in promotional campaigns by engaging with customers and partners, approach local businesses for advertising opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

Requirements

Strong command of both English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate with proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and MS Office.
