As a Region Head, you will be at the forefront of building a strong, high-performing sales organization within your assigned region. You will craft strategies, drive agency growth, mentor future leaders, and make an impact — all while delivering on production targets, persistency goals, and agency development plans.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Regional Growth

Create and execute actionable strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Cascade these strategies effectively to your agency leaders and teams, inspire strong execution, and drive consistent business growth.

Empower Agency Recruitment

Work closely with the Agency Recruitment Team to attract quality candidates. Encourage and coach agency leaders to actively recruit the right profiles needed for sustainable success.

Drive Sales Activities

Design and implement sales drives, product campaigns, and recognition programs that motivate financial advisors and elevate production. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support.

Coach and Develop Leaders

Through regular business planning sessions, meetings, and one-on-one coaching, strengthen agency leaders’ capabilities in recruitment, quality sales generation, leadership, and team development.

Champion New Initiatives

Lead the effective rollout of new programs and initiatives. Communicate objectives clearly, secure buy-in from your teams, and ensure smooth and timely execution.

Collaborate Across Functions

Work hand-in-hand with Training, Marketing, Operations, and Support teams to deliver excellent service to policyholders and advisors and to drive overall regional success.

Manage Budgets and Resources

Strategically manage your region’s budget to fuel growth, deliver impactful activities, and optimize performance outcomes.
