Plant Operations Manager (Cebu)

The Plant Operations Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize processes within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all plant operations to ensure production goals are met.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage and mentor plant staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Develop and manage budgets to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Implement sustainable practices to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably in Food Technology, Engineering, or equivalent courses.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience in multinational, local top companies, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing to work in Danao, Cebu.
