About the role
MANGO RADIO PHILIPPINES is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Officer to join our marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our radio station and engage our audience.This role is essential to driving brand awareness, listener growth, and revenue generation for MANGO RADIO PHILIPPINES in the Davao market.
Key responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote MANGO RADIO PHILIPPINES and increase listener engagement
- Create and manage marketing content including social media posts, promotional materials, advertisements and newsletters
- Coordinate with on-air talent, programme teams and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotional activities
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness and audience engagement to optimise results
- Manage relationships with local partners, sponsors and advertisers to support revenue-generating initiatives
- Plan and execute promotional events, contests and listener engagement activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitor activities within the radio and media industry
- Support the development of marketing budgets and provide regular reports on campaign performance to senior management
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support advertising and sponsorship packages
- Maintain the station's brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials reflect the station's identity and values
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- strong Christian of Protestant-based faith and evangelical values aligned with our mission of communicating the love of God
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related role, preferably within the media, entertainment or broadcast industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing and online advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and campaigns
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as social media management platforms, email marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the Philippine media landscape and consumer behaviour
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
