Analytics Senior Manager (HYBRID WORK SET-UP)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Analytics to lead a squad of data analysts and drive excellence in data-driven decision-making for our clients. This leadership role is central to delivering high-quality analytics solutions, ensuring team performance, and supporting the sustainable growth and maturity of the analytics function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & People Management

• Lead and mentor a squad of analysts, providing technical guidance and professional development.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Manage personnel escalations, including performance improvement plans (PIPs) when needed.
• Support career development and engagement through regular 1:1s and feedback sessions.

1. Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence

• Act as a senior point of contact for client delivery escalations and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, assess pain points, and develop strategic data roadmaps.
• Ensure that the squad’s output meets or exceeds internal and client expectations in terms of quality, timeliness, and insight.

1. Strategic Analytics & Consulting

• Support consultants with data modeling, analysis, and visualization to drive business decisions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for clients.
• Oversee ad hoc projects that require deep analytics expertise and cross-functional coordination.

1. Operational Management

• Monitor squad utilization and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and risks in project execution and team workload.
• Collaborate on internal initiatives that contribute to the scalability and sustainability of the analytics function (e.g., Learning & Development, Resourcing, R&D).

1. Quality Assurance

• Implement QA processes to ensure analytics work aligns with best practices and quality standards.
• Continuously improve documentation, templates, and delivery frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience in data storytelling, stakeholder management, and analytics strategy.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data modeling platforms.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
