About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Specialist (Medical Records & Documentation) to join our growing healthcare support team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing, updating, and maintaining patient and healthcare-related records while ensuring compliance with company standards and data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain patient and medical records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review healthcare documents for completeness and correctness.
  • Verify patient information and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
  • Process medical forms, referrals, authorizations, and other healthcare-related documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.
  • Organize and manage electronic records and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate record processing.
  • Meet productivity and quality performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in healthcare data entry, medical records, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.
  • Experience working with EMR/EHR systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in healthcare, medical billing, claims processing, or medical records management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and documentation.
