• Functional Testing

• Test Planning

• Defect Tracking & Reporting
• SDLC & STLC
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
• Intermediate API testing experience for service validation and integration testing
• Intermediate SQL skills for database testing and data validation

• Analyze business requirements and create test strategies
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Review QA deliverables and test artifacts
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives
• Mentor junior QA team members

• Minimum 5 years of Manual QA / Software Testing experience
• Experience creating Master Test Plans
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing techniques
• Exposure to Enterprise Application Testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
