JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven, and business-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the finance and administrative functions of the organization. The role is responsible for safeguarding the company’s financial integrity, ensuring compliance with financial controls and operational procedures, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capability, sound financial acumen, and the ability to partner with operations in driving sustainable and cost-efficient business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management- Ensure overall financial stability and profitability through regular monitoring and review of financial performance
- Analyze financial statements and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, controls, and reporting standards
- Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting and system updates
- Lead budget monitoring, expense analysis, and financial forecasting activities
- Conduct financial simulations and business viability assessments to support operational investments and strategic decisions
- Monitor trade receivables, liquidity position, and profitability metrics
- Ensure proper implementation of finance and administrative procedures
- Lead and develop finance team members through coaching and performance management
- Promote operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support audit activities and maintain strong internal controls and documentation standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- At least four (4) years of Finance experience in FMCG, distribution, or related industries
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and business analysis
- Experience handling trade operations, receivables monitoring, and cost controls is highly preferred
- Strong financial analysis and strategic thinking skills
- Leadership and people management capability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and financial systems
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and operations-driven environment
