Key Account Specialist - Davao

Job Type: Full time. Field Based.

Overall Objectives:

• Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value / key player in the traditional trade retail account in Cebu. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts under Traditional Trade to promote Midea / Toshiba brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to high value Traditional trade retail accounts ensuring they receive high quality customer service.
• Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
• Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales / Sell-in and Sell-out targets. Similarly responsible for managing accounts receivables/collection from the traditional trade retail accounts handled.
• Organize visits to current and potential traditional trade retail accounts / partners.
• Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established traditional trade retail accounts. Serve as a liaison between traditional trade retail account clients and Concepcion Midea.
• Informs clients of new products and services as they are introduced.
• Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs.

Qualification:

• Preferably with Appliances Experience.
