JOB TITLE: Reservations Associate
JOB DESCRIPTION: Handles incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels. Inputs and updates booking details accurately into the property management system. Provides information on room types, rates, promotions, and hotel policies.Assists in modifying or canceling reservations as needed and ensures guest preferences are noted. Coordinates with front desk and other departments to ensure reservation accuracy and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of Baguio or willing to relocate
- Preferably with experience in Customer Service
- Must have good communication skills and pleasing personality
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
