IT Intern

Responsibilities:

• Document recurring network or system issues for review
• Knowledge or perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to IT supervisor (VIA SDP)
• Observe and document backup procedures
• Help IT identifying of Network cables, ports and APs
• Processing of IT Equipment delivery across PCCS
• Support audit tasks ( IT inventory and Compliance)
• Maintain an up to date IT Asset inventory
• Communicate with vendor for tagging new equipment and configuration of devices
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT Supervisor based on ongoing projects, priorities, and learning opportunities.
• Help monitor and maintain IT systems and services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and any related programs.
• Available to work 4–5 days per week (hybrid setup).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Note: This is an unpaid internship position intended for students seeking hands-on experience in IT and transformation management.
