Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a meticulous Housekeeping Supervisor to lead floor operations toward impeccable cleanliness and environmental efficiency. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can balance hands-on leadership with rigorous quality control, ensuring the property remains a premier destination for luxury and guest comfort.

• Lead seamless daily operations by conducting team briefings to communicate priorities. Ensure all guestrooms meet established luxury standards while maintaining an efficient turnover rate to support front office requirements.
• Perform regular, detailed inspections of guestrooms, and floor corridors. Maintain 100% compliance with cleanliness and maintenance protocols, identifying and reporting any technical defects for immediate rectification.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction indices by ensuring cleanliness exceeds expectations. Proactively address guest feedback and maintain a high-resolution rate for any housekeeping-related concerns, ensuring all comments are acted upon within established timeframes.
• Foster a high-performance culture by acting as a mentor to floor staff. Lead daily mini-training sessions on cleaning techniques and conduct periodic performance evaluations to optimize team productivity and service quality.
• Enforce energy and water conservation protocols, including standardized climate control settings and the management of linen re-use programs. Monitor the use of chemicals and cleaning supplies to ensure environmental and cost efficiency.

• A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
• Capable of preparing detailed room attendant reports, guest issue logs, and organizing complex staff rosters to meet occupancy demands.

• Deep understanding of professional cleaning techniques, chemical safety, equipment maintenance, and pest eradication protocols.
• A methodological approach with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage inventories effectively.
• A strong sense of urgency and a commitment to providing a "service-first" environment for guests.
• Proficient in coaching, counseling, and providing staff commendations to motivate and retain talent.
• Computer literate and familiar with Property Management Systems (PMS) or housekeeping-specific software.
