ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (Urgent Hiring- Manila)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As the Accounting Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organization.

1. Supervise the accounting team in performing daily transaction audits in accordance with the established Standard Audit Procedures
2. Ensure all transactions are accurately audited and recorded into the system within agreed turnaround time
3. Validate and ensure recommended adjusting entries by team members are correct based on audited amounts and proper accounts
4. Reviews accuracy of General Ledger accounts and prepares necessary journal entries to ensure correctness of Subsidiary Ledgers
5. Monitor and ensure pending issues encountered by team members are closed and resolved within the period
6. Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effected working relationships with various cross functional teams across the company
7. Work with external audit on an interim and annual basis for the compliance reviews and annual audit
8. Ensure company tax compliance towards the accounting process handled
9. Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
10. Perform other task that may be assigned by superior from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any accounting related courses
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Willing to work onsite in Recto, Manila
