Your Day-to-Day

What We’re Looking For
  • High School grad, SHS grad, or college level/grad
  • We strongly prefer candidates with at least 6 months of healthcare experience in the BPO industry.
  • Confident communicator in English – both written and spoken
  • High emotional quotient and empathy towards patients.
  • Able to work, communicate and collaborate with others effectively and efficiently.
  • Organized and able to handle a fast-paced workload
  • Willing to work on-site.
