Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Skilled in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and BD (8D) problem-solving
Knowledge of SPC, ISO standards, FMEA, MSA, and CAPA
Uses quality tools for failure analysis and corrective actions
Familiar with JMP (preferred)
Strong in data analysis and reporting
Demonstrates leadership and performs well under pressure
