Job Summary

This position exists to serve as check and balance of the sector in the course of project implementation. Scope of work includes but not limited to monitoring and control of financial status of each contractors, cost and timeliness of projects.

S/He will carry out the daily accounting operations and procedures for the project.

Duties and Responsibilities
A. Pre- Construction

Monitor project site requirements as per approved master work schedule.
To Prepare Notice to Proceed (NTP) for Construction based on Approved Work Schedule.
Ensure that projects and contracts are awarded on time.
To Check, Validate and Analyze Documents (Job Orders, etc)

B. Construction

Prepare of Purchase Order (PO) in SAP.
Prepare progress billing of contractors in SAP.
Assisting Contractors in monitor their financial status, recording and accounting for expenditure and tracking of weekly billing.
Report quality/financial check and project findings to the CMD head
Monitor project’s progress and accomplishments.
Check if with existing mother BCF and double check units for award
Monitor release of approved budget and give approved BCF and NTPs/MSRS to CM and PCAD
Check budget (costing, scope of work and if with approved BCF)
Maintain good working relationship and professionalism with each site working units.
To Provide Accurate Regular and Timely Reports & Exceptional Reports
