Building Maintenance Technician - Quezon City

Join our team as a Building Maintenance Technician! Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more in mid- to high-rise buildings. Troubleshoot, inspect, and keep facilities safe and efficient.

Job Description:

• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, fans, AC units, electrical systems, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and minor civil works
• Conduct routine inspections and log findings
• Prepare reports and communicate shift updates
• Respond promptly to elevator passenger entrapment
• Maintain tools and report any equipment issues
• Extend hours as needed and handle residential maintenance requests per property manager instructions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience in building/facilities maintenance or 3 months apprenticeship
• Skilled in mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting repairs
• Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
