• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
• License is a must.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Knowledge of power systems, control systems, and wiring standards.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations, quality control, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with engineering products, machinery, tools, and technical components commonly used in the industry.
• Must be willing to work on-site or travel to project locations as required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role, ideally within an HR department.
• Solid understanding of training methodologies, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and employee development initiatives.
• Capable of working independently while also collaborating well with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in an administrative.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
