Account Manager
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, organizational tools, and sales or CRM platforms.
Objectives of the Role- Serve as the primary liaison for all client inquiries, concerns, and account-related needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to support client retention and growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contract updates and renewals
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives while meeting defined KPIs
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, cold calling, and industry events while maintaining and updating the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct client needs assessments and work with technical teams to design tailored cloud solutions and deliver presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and quotations to decision-makers.
- Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging cloud technologies while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cloud or complex technology solutions, with end-to-end sales cycle management and strong consultative selling skills.
- Knowledgeable in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, including experience in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and a results-driven mindset.
- ECE Graduate
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with positive client feedback
- Experience using CRM or customer success tools such as Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- A mature, motivated, and well-rounded professional with a strong drive for success
