As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role in greeting clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and address client needs and concerns proactively, striving to exceed their expectations and create memorable experiences.
- Schedule appointments accurately, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
- Handle clients’ inquiries / concerns and daily schedules of the center
- Process payments, handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other team members, including Therapists, to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of services.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing client records, to support the overall efficiency of the business.

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Must be a 4-year graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Tourism or its equivalent.
- With at least one (1) year related experience as a FRONTLINER IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY, a definite advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with booking software, Microsoft Office, and basic administrative tasks.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work culture.
