FULL-TIME ONLINE ESL TEACHER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male / Female, Fresh Graduates with any degree
• No ESL (English as a Second Language) teaching experience required
• Must have the passion to teach English to students of different ages with international cultural background
• Must be highly motivated, success-driven, result oriented, and a team player
• Computer literate with adequate skills in MS office applications
• Willing to work on weekends and late-night shifts
• With excellent oral and written English communication skills

• Teach basic conversational English to Japanese students
• Provide communicative one-on-one lessons based on the curriculum uniquely created by the company
• Provide feedback or reports to students in oral and written form
• Teacher self-improvement programs: You will be required to attend periodic orientation courses, training programs, and staff meetings.
• Perform job-related tasks that positively impact learning effectiveness
