Supply Chain and Inventory Supervisor

This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory levels, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations.
• Develop and maintain supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, storage, and distribution.
• Monitor demand forecasts and coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Implement and enforce inventory management procedures, including cycle counts and audits.
• Analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead, train, and mentor the inventory and warehouse team to meet departmental goals.
• Prepare reports on inventory metrics, trends, and supply chain performance for management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in inventory handling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in using Google Workspace (G Suite) applications, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Forms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Makati.
