• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues across onsite and remote users.
• Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, including hardware updates, patching, and maintenance.
• Manage IT onboarding, including equipment setup, configuration, and user training.
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Support regional IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor systems proactively and troubleshoot technical and network-related issues.
• Administer cloud-based tools and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Work closely with regional IT teams to implement best practices and consistent support standards.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in IT support or end-user support environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with Windows Server, Windows OS, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Knowledge of network diagnostic tools such as Ping, Nslookup, and PuTTY.
• Familiarity with cloud management and MDM platforms.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site or regional teams is an advantage.
