QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Human Resource Management, or Psychology.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience (in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, or general HR operations), but open to applicants with NO experience.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
